What are your hours of operation?

We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On Thursdays we are open from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. On Saturdays we are open from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We are closed on Monday's and Sundays.

Do you accept donations?

Yes. We accept all donations during business hours.

Do you sell the items that are donated?

It depends. We do sell the items that are donated to the general public in order to generate additional funds for our services. However, we also give many items away for free to clients who are in need.

What types of donations do you accept?

Clothes, furniture, household items, small appliances, children's toys and books. Items that we match to certain households include beds and appliances. Due to a lack of storage, we check our request for items list and try to pick up and deliver these types of items as soon as they are picked up. Items we do not accept include items that are in poor condition, not working, and large luxury items. When in doubt, ask.

Do you pick-up donations?

Most of the time, we can pick up donations. We try to do pick-ups every other Thursday from 5:00 - 8: 00 p.m. Sometimes we need to alter that schedule due to lack of volunteers. In the event we need to make changes, the donors will be contacted. The volunteer will contact the donors on the list before each pick up and try to schedule a time that's convenient for all parties. The type of information we need is: Their name and address, any special directions from High Street, and whether there's a better time to pick up the items. Pick-ups will be done between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

We also request that you fill out a food selection form so that we can make our best effort to match the food provided to us to your needs.
